REGISTRATION OF FOREIGN BIRTH, MARRIAGE AND DEATH CERTIFICATES IN POLAND

Foreign documents have the same legal power as Polish ones. Registering them with Polish Civil Registry is not obligatory, but sometimes it is necessary for some administrative actions, e.g. applying for Polish passport.
